Shipping Policy
Processing
All orders are processed on a first in first out basis. Please allow 3 business days for processing time. Special orders require 2 weeks minimum.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped out within 7 business days of processed order. Orders ship via USPS. All shipping fees charged at check out.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered via USPS in a marked box with A Shady Desire label and packaging.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service possible. Our return policy allows our clients to return unused, damaged products to us within 5 days of reciept. If your product is used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Returns are accepted only for damaged items. A full refund will only be offered to items received within our return policy window.
